Absolutely! Our coaching program is not a quick fix 2-day seminar or a temporary solution retreat. We focus on providing you with a deep understanding of your situation and what needs to happen to make sustainable changes.

We use measured results and feedback loops to ensure that you are making progress, and these skills and abilities will continue to benefit you long after the coaching program is complete.


Plan on dedicating an average of 60 minutes per day, plus attending our group calls, if you want to see results. This includes watching modules, completing worksheets, doing homework, attending coaching calls, asking questions, practicing, reflecting, and talking with coaches and other men in the program. It requires effort, persistence, and a commitment to the process. However, the rewards of sustained growth and personal development are well worth it.
